Ultimate-Celebs is a large celebrity site, featuring over 1200 celebrities in everything from hardcore stolen home videos to non-nude award photos with hard nipples popping through their shirts. The content is very diverse, and the archive is huge, I'm nearly certain there will be at least a few clips with your favorite actress in a shot or clip she wouldn't have wanted you to see ;)

UltimateCelebs has 3 main sections:

• "Stolen XXX movies" contains 16 of the famous sex home videos that have been stolen from various celebrities over time. -Including Pamela Anderson with Bret Michaels and Tommy Lee, Jenna Lewis and of course Paris Hilton.
• "Movies", the largest section, offers the hottest scenes from full-length playing movies and TV series. Amongst many others you'll find Sharon Stone in Basic Instinct 2, Jessica Alba in Sin City and Kristin Davis from Sex And The City.
• "Explicit Cinema Hardcore" features video captured from hardcore porn movies, as far as I can tell mostly from back in the days, when porn was something you found in a sleazy alley-theatre.

The "movies" section is probably the one you'll be spending the most time ripping, and it offers a huge collection of scenes. -From a glimpse of a nipple over full frontal nudity to straight up fucking and sucking. The selection of movies is a good mix of recently released titles, older "classic" movies and even some small independant productions. Basically everything that has any amount of nudity.

Each clip is displayed with it's duration, format, filesize and a thumbnail that let's you preview the action. Most also have a description of the movie, and a convinient detail is that they state the nudity level too.

The sites' focus is on video, but there are pictures for some celebrities too. I'd guess that only about 10% of the celebs have pictures, but those that do have quite a lot. The pictures are seperated into two sections, nude and non-nude. -That is a major advantage, because you don't need to go through heaps of regular tabloid photos to get to the juicy "whoops-shots" and paparazzi pictures.

Videos are fully downloadable, and are each available in one format only. The format on offer is inconsistent, the majority seems to be in DivX AVI format, but many are in Windows Media Player or MPEG format. Resolution also varies a lot, the best I saw was 1280x720, which is true high definition. The lowest resolution I saw was 320x240 which gives an OK picture, but is not well-suited for fullscreen viewing. Like I said the quality varies greatly, but overall it is acceptable and many clips are excellent.

Pictures are offered in resolutions of up to 2000x1600 pixels, but again it is totally inconsistent. Some pictures are super high-res professional shots, while others are low-res screen caps. Unfortunately there is no option to download ZIP-files of the galleries, which would be a nice feature for those who wants to build personal collections. -You can of course save the pictures one-by-one.

The nature of the celeb-niche results in very inconsistent qualities, because the content is compiled from so many different sources. -But I have to say I was surprised to see how high the average actually was on this site. The navigation and design IMO does not offer a good overview mostly because the sections aren't arranged logically, and they aren't well integrated with each other. -But on the other hand it works flawlessly. -There are no broken links, the site is fast and the most important sections are available through the front page. Clips can be browsed by movie title, celebrity first name and there is a search box for both as well. So in the end, despite the less than perfect design, you will be able to find what you want easy enough.

The final tech note is about download managers / accelerators. Ultimate Celebs not only allows them, they encourage the use of them. That is IMO great, because it makes building your collection so much easier, and you don't need to worry about being banned for it.
